Bricks Reading 200 is a theme-based and three-leveled course. This series is designed for learners who want to
improve their reading skills and also obtain background information on diverse subjects. It is comprised of various
topics and genres that are organized into fiction and nonfiction. Topics range from everyday life issues to school-
related subjects and are presented in various written formats (e.g. explanation, report, newspaper, story) to help
learners better understand the contents of the passages. This series helps pre-intermediate level learners attain the
competence to begin the higher-leveled course, Bricks Reading 300.
